In the context of the planned intervention concerning the application of international models to support the Ministry of Defense (MoD) in the design and implementation of a systematic response to the potential negative impacts of past and present war-related experiences on the mental health and psychosocial wellbeing of discharged and active duty staff of the MoD, and those involved in peacekeeping missions.

IOM will implement activities aimed at decreasing the vulnerability of mobile populations in BiH to HIV/AIDS. The project will involve the active participation of local and international actors in the field of HIV/AIDS assessment, prevention and response. These include institutions, which are essential to developing policy, civil society, which reaches out to the general public and assists people living with HIV/AIDS, and mass media, which communicate information on HIV/AIDS to the general public.
