The Coronavirus has caused an extraordinary crisis in many fields so that many countries are struggling to get out of the crisis. In Asia, Indonesia ranks 9th above China which ranks 10th, but in Southeast Asia, Indonesia ranks first and has the potential to become the epicenter in Asia because of the number of Covid-19 cases that surpass China. To reduce the spread of the Corona virus, Indonesia implements of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) in some of areas at each entrance (entry or exit of transportation, people, goods in lakes, water, or air) since March 31, 2020.

Indonesia migrant worker’s strategy toward covid-19: Study of migrant’s knowledge and host countries’ policy

Covid-19 pandemic has caused disruptions to the existence of Indonesian migrant workers in other countries. The present study aims at investigating the health status of the Indonesian migrant workers, the social dynamics, and the state policy in the place where they live in. The study utilized the quantitative research method with a survey approach. The population were the Indonesian migrant workers who are still working in the host country with as many as 30 respondents.

Local government income revenue: A brief study of the policy impact of pandemic covid-19 on tourism recovery

This study explains alternative tourism policies that are considered to be able to overcome the problem of local revenue in the city of Palembang. The national trend shows no sign of decrease as 19 September 2020 the report sets a new mark of 4000 new cases in a day. The concept of controlling disease transmission relies on contacts suppression; and on the longer end, relies on vaccinations. As 27 September 2020, no vaccine is approved for use in the general population. Until then, countries should implement early, widespread, and strict disease mitigation strategies.

Dataset of ex-pat teachers in Southeast Asia's intention to leave due to the COVID-19 pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic exerted an adverse influence on the global education system, especially since starting school lockdown. The growth of teacher unemployment figures climbed double-digit and spawned these unexpected sequels. For instance, while native teachers seemed indisposed to leave the profession with the aim of seeking another more profited and seasonal jobs, many ex-pat teachers presented themselves with moving or stayed dilemma in the way the government salvaged their situation.

Epidemiologic and Clinical Characteristics of Patients with Covid-19 in Central Java, Indonesia

1,533 confirmed cases of Covid-19 were recorded in Central Java until June 3, 2020. It is estimated to increase every day. However, reports on the epidemiological characteristics of confirmed cases of Covid- 19 are still limited. The purpose of this study is to describe the confirmed case of COVID-19 in Central Java. This study uses descriptive quantitative design, in which we describe 1,533 cases based on patient characteristics, history of comorbidities, travel history and symptoms.
