It is important to note that this is a draft plan which will require ongoing revision to ensure it is a current and effective tool to apply in the course of a pandemic. In January 2005, tuberculosis (TB), including multidrug-resistant TB (MDR TB), was reported among Hmong refugees who were living in or had recently immigrated to the United States from a camp in Thailand.
