DNA sample collection services form part of IOM’s work to facilitate migration and family reunification. IOM’s Migration Health Division (MHD) assists immigration countries and prospective migrants with this process, by providing safe, secure and migrant-friendly sample collection services at its 60+ Migration Health Assessment Centres (MHACs) worldwide, enabling applicants to provide proof of their relationships where evidence is lacking or to accelerate family reunification procedures.
